6 X 1 HOUR GROUP YOGA CLASSES - CURRENTLY RUN VIA ZOOM

  • Each class will focus on a different aspect of pregnancy

  • The opportunity to connect with other Mamas to be after the class

  • Sessions include yoga flow, restorative yoga and yoga nidra
