Food philosophy

How we nourish our bodies is such a personal choice, we believe that no matter what this choice is everyone can benefit from including lots of plants and wholefoods in their diet. As after all this is what nature intended, and just between you am me I think nature might be pretty clever!


Our recipes are made with the whole family in mind, as easy to make as possible while still being flavoursome. We include nutrient boosting ingredients, superfoods and adaptogens wherever possible, as believe every meal is an opportunity to nourish our bodies and soul! All our recipes are gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free, and full of wholesome organic (where possible) ingredients.

Orange and cacao truffles

These truffles are slightly more silky than a bliss ball. They are packed full or energy boosting ingredients like cacao, nuts and MCT oil. Dip them in raw chocolate for extra indulgence (see raw chocolate recipe below). The perfect afternoon pick me up, satisfying and wholesome! Tick, Tick!

Both the eggs and the nutritional yeast in this recipe are packed full of mood-enhancing vitamin B, this combined with the protein and veggie hit makes these little frittatas the perfect ready to go breakfast of afternoon snack. Serve with a salad for a more substantial meal.

 

Lentil bolognese

A vegan take on the family classic - spaghetti bolognese. Packed full of vegetables and protein from the lentils, it’s a really satisfying and easy meal full of flavour. It can also be made in bulk to refrigerate or freeze for later. Serve with zucchini noodles or your favourite pasta - Eco Organics Chickpea Fettuccine is a really tasty gluten free option.

Chocolate that is good for you! This raw homemade chocolate is rich in antioxidants found in cacao and berries, and contains energy boosting MCT oil and maca powder - as well as boosting energy maca is great for balancing hormones - perfect for managing PMS symptoms. Enjoy with your favourite herbal tea or coffee.

Did somebody say mango season! One of our all time favourite fruits! Mangoes are high in vitamin C, great for boosting immunity and also aid digestion. Combined with the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric makes these mini cheesecakes a dessert that really is good for you. Oh, and they are delicious too!

How good is banana bread?! This take on the beloved banana bread is enriched with an extra level of flavour from the maple and pecan. It’s not too sweet but just sweet enough. Great to keep in the fridge for an easy breakfast or snack to curb that 3 pm sweet treat craving.
