I’m Katie, a qualified pre and post natal yoga teacher,
I created this program to support my body and Mind while pregnant with my second child.
I would love to help support you through this beautiful,
yet sometime challenging, transformation into motherhood
The program is designed the help you connect with your body, your baby and other mothers to be.
The classes are tailored to pregnancy, therefore, are a safe way to nourish and take care of your body during pregnancy.
Each class is themed to focus on a different aspect of pregnancy and is accompanied by a recipe created with pregnant bodies in mind.
These classes will help prepare you for childbirth by strengthening your body and mind,
while creating a connection with the breath as a tool for childbirth and overall well being.

6 X GROUP YOGA CLASSES*
