The Yoga Collective and Me

The Yoga Collective has been a dream of mine since before I had our little boy, so I’ve had plenty of time to reflect on what I want it to be and mean to me.

I plan on it being a place where I speak from the heart, where I am real and authentic, and most of all a place to have fun and enjoy what I am passionate about, because in spite of all the challenging and messy bits that is what life is all about, right?

I had also planned the perfect yoga shot for my first post, we got up at sunrise to get the shot in this exact spot.

That night we were watching the sunset and by chance a very kind lady saw how special the moment was, and asked if we wanted a photo taken. That is the beauty of life right, sometimes the moments in between all the planning are where the magic really happens, and for that reason reason this feels like the right photo to share.

So in the spirit of being authentic this is me, messy Mum bun, barefoot with two of the three loves of my life, blissfully happy making a promise to myself, and to you all to only go with what feels true and authentic to me.
