The program…
I have condensed all my go-to practical tools and resources into an easy-to-use 6-week program utilising my extensive knowledge working in the health and wellness industry, as a teacher specialising in pre and postnatal yoga, and as a mother of three.
Throughout this program, I share the fundamentals I’ve implemented into my life to heal my body, mind, and soul since becoming a Mother with yoga, nourishment, and mindset as the foundation. Along with the organisational tools I use to juggle life and business with 3 children.
Best of all I will be there to support you to ensure you’re really Thriving, not just surviving, in Motherhood - and on those inevitable days that are more challenging, you’ll have the tools to move through them with ease and grace so you are back to loving ‘mumlife’ before you know it.
Essentially it condenses over a decade of knowledge into an easy-to-use and implement program!

They say it takes a village to raise a child, and without this village knowledge and support around how to take care of ourselves as mothers is lost. So this is the purpose behind the program, to share the knowledge I have gained as a mother of 3, yoga teacher, and health coach, to support you to become the healthiest happiest mother you possibly can be, for your children, family, and yourself.

Each option includes all program content, an initial wellness questionnaire to ensure your long-term ongoing health and happiness, along with email support.
