Hi, I’m Katie!
I’m a pre- and postnatal yoga teacher, certified health coach, and mother of three—but above all, I’m someone who deeply understands the highs and challenges of early motherhood.
Before becoming a mum, I worked with global brands in the health and wellness industry, but after having my first baby, I realised something was missing. There was so much focus on caring for the baby—but what about the mother? That realisation led me to create The Yoga Collective, a space dedicated to supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.
My own journey into motherhood was both beautiful and overwhelming. Without the support of a ‘village,’ I struggled to care for myself while adjusting to this massive life shift. I know what it feels like to be exhausted, depleted, and wondering when you’ll feel like yourself again.
Now, seven years and two more babies later, I’ve learned how to rebuild my strength, nourish my body, and create balance in motherhood—and I want that for you, too.

2. How soon after birth can I start?
You can begin as soon as you feel ready—whether you’re in the first weeks postpartum or months (even years) down the track. The program meets you where you are and offers tools that support every stage of your recovery and beyond.
3. What if I’m already doing yoga or eating well?
That’s amazing—and Nurturing the Mother will complement and deepen the tools you already use. This isn’t just about movement or food. It’s about understanding the root causes of postnatal depletion and learning how to care for your nervous system, hormones, and whole self in a truly holistic way.
4. Is this just for first-time mums?
