The program…

Covers everything I wish I have known before having our first baby to support me in my new role, and includes everything you’ll need to take care of yourself, so you can take care of your family.  

I have condensed all my go-to practical tools and resources into an easy-to-use 14-week program utilising my extensive knowledge working in the health and wellness industry, as a teacher specialising in pre and postnatal yoga, and as a mother of two.

Best of all I will be there with you every step of the way to support you to ensure you’re really Thriving, not just surviving, in Motherhood - and on those inevitable days that are more challenging, you’ll have the tools to move through them with ease and grace so you are back to nailing #mumlife before you know it.


 
 
 

I will take you step by step through the 5 shifts that are fundamental for our ability to thrive as mothers

How to make these shifts, how to implement them into your daily life in a way that is realistic for a new mum with limited time, and all in a way you can really enjoy, that will give you more time and energy rather than adding another thing to your to-do list!

My promise…

By the end of the program, the transformation will be both effortless and sustainable, and your ability to continue using all these tools to really Thrive, not just survive, in Motherhood will become second nature.

I’ll share everything I have implemented into my life to heal my body, mind, and soul since becoming a Mumma with yoga, nourishment, mindset, and organisation as the foundation. You’ll also have access to my directory of preferred health practitioners for any areas you need an even deeper level of support in.

My promise to you is that if you complete every module you will be able to continue utilising the support offered in the program for as long as it takes for you to feel like you are ready to move forward independently. I promise I will go above and beyond to support you with this goal.

Every woman’s journey to motherhood is unique

So I have created 3 options to suit based on your individual needs. Each option starts with a health questionnaire and 60 min 1:1 consultation, so I can tailor the content to your specific needs and journey, all three options also include daily email support and a 60 min 1:1 program review on completion to ensure your long-term ongoing health and happiness. From there you can choose which option suits based on the level of additional support you feel you need on top of the 14-week program, which will stand alone set you up with a solid foundation to Thrive!
