Motherhood is Beautiful — But It Can Also Be Overwhelming

Between sleepless nights, shifting hormones, and the constant mental load of caring for everyone else, it’s no wonder so many Mothers feel exhausted, depleted, and disconnected from themselves.

But here’s the truth: you deserve to feel good in your body. You deserve support. And healing doesn’t have to feel complicated or out of reach.

In this nurturing, science-backed workshop, you’ll learn three foundational shifts that will help you:

  • Rebuild your energy and vitality — even if you’re running on broken sleep

  • Soothe overwhelm and gently calm your nervous system

  • Reconnect with your body, your rhythm, and your sense of self

Because when you feel well, everything changes—and the whole family benefits.

What You’ll Learn in This Free Workshop

In this gentle, science-backed session, you’ll discover the three powerful shifts that will help you restore your energy, calm your mind, and start feeling more like yourself again:

Shift #1: Reconnect with Your Body

Discover how gentle, tailored postnatal movement can rebuild strength, release tension, and help you feel grounded again, both physically and emotionally — without having to leave the house.

Shift #2: Nourish to Restore

Understand why you may still feel depleted after birth — and learn how simple, nutrient-rich meals can boost energy, balance hormones, and clear the brain fog so many new Mothers experience.

Shift #3: Create a Realistic Self-Care Rhythm

Learn how to support your nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and weave simple, calming rituals into your day — even with a baby in tow. These gentle tools are designed to fit into real-life motherhood, not add more to your plate.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll walk away with practical, realistic tools to help you feel more energised, balanced, and supported — because you deserve to thrive, too

And because I get how full these early days are, you can listen on the go — whether you’re on a pram walk, feeding your baby, or finally sitting down with a cup of tea.

Hi, I’m Katie!

I’m a pre- and postnatal yoga teacher, certified health coach, and mother of three — but above all, I understand the highs and challenges of early motherhood.

After having my first baby, I realised there was so much focus on caring for the baby — but what about the mother? That realisation inspired me to create The Yoga Collective, a space dedicated to supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.

My own journey was both beautiful and overwhelming. Without the support of a ‘village,’ I struggled to care for myself while adjusting to this massive life shift. I know what it feels like to be exhausted, depleted, and wondering when you’ll feel like yourself again.

Now, seven years and two more babies later, I’ve learned how to rebuild my strength, nourish my body, and create balance in motherhood — and I want that for you, too.

That’s why I created this workshop: to help you feel your best, physically, mentally, and emotionally, so you can move through early motherhood with more ease, energy, and confidence.

Take this time to nourish yourself — so you can show up with more presence, patience, and joy, and truly enjoy the early days of motherhood, instead of just struggling through them.

Yours in wellness,
