Want to learn what no one told you about postnatal recovery—and how to start feeling like yourself again?

Oh and Hi, I’m Katie!
I’m a pre- and postnatal yoga teacher, certified health coach, and mother of three—and I know firsthand how beautifully life-changing and deeply challenging early motherhood can be.
After having my first baby, I realised something was missing. There was so much focus on caring for the baby—but almost nothing on supporting the Mother’s recovery. I learned the hard way how exhausting, depleting, and overwhelming those early months can feel when your own needs are pushed aside.
Over the past eight years—and two more babies later—I’ve dedicated my work to helping women rebuild their energy, restore balance, and feel more like themselves again. Through my background in yoga, nutrition, and wellness coaching, I’ve discovered simple, science-backed strategies that make a real difference in postpartum recovery.
That’s why I created the Replenish & Restore guide: a gentle, practical resource designed to help you nourish your body, replenish your energy, and take the first steps toward feeling supported and well.
Because when you care for yourself, you have more capacity to care for the little ones who need you most.
With love,
