I created this program to nourish my body and mind while pregnant with my second child. I’ll share all the tools that have supported me, my body, and my babies through two healthy pregnancies, childbirth, and aided in my recovery postpartum.
With yoga, nourishment, and mindset as the foundation, it looks at wellness holistically as I have experienced firsthand that a healthy pregnancy is not just about one thing it is all the little things we do for ourselves, our bodies, and our babies.
The yoga classes are a safe way to nourish and strengthen your body and mind during pregnancy. Each is themed to focus on a different aspect of how your life and body are evolving while growing and nurturing your baby and are accompanied by recipes and mindset tools created with you in mind New Mumma to be.
This program will help support a healthy pregnancy and prepare you for childbirth by creating a connection with your body, your baby, and your breath. It will support your recovery postpartum along with your transition to Motherhood, as many of the tools and classes can also be used postnatally - especially the nutrient-rich recipes you can stock your freezer with to support your healing once you have your beautiful baby in your arms.
