This is for Mummas to be wishing to deepen the connection with themselves, their bodies, and their babies in preparation for the transformation that is becoming a mother. For those wanting to support a healthy pregnancy by staying strong and flexible in a safe way both in mind and body, to prepare for childbirth, the early weeks of motherhood and support a smooth easy recovery postpartum. Some of the many benefits of yoga during pregnancy

  • A safe way to incorporate movement into your pregnancy to maintain or increase physical and mental strength and fitness

  • Relaxation and stress management - breath awareness as a tool for mindfulness, to ground yourself during challenges and for birth, and bring you into the present so you can soak up all the wonderful moments too

Each option starts with a health questionnaire and review, so I can tailor the content to your specific needs and journey, all three options also include daily email support. From there you can choose which option suits based on the level of additional support you feel you need on top of the 8-week program, which will stand alone set you up with a solid foundation for a healthy happy pregnancy!

The program…

I created this program to nourish my body and mind while pregnant with my second child. I’ll share all the tools that have supported me, my body, and my babies through two healthy pregnancies, childbirth, and aided in my recovery postpartum.

With yoga, nourishment, and mindset as the foundation, it looks at wellness holistically as I have experienced firsthand that a healthy pregnancy is not just about one thing it is all the little things we do for ourselves, our bodies, and our babies.

The yoga classes are a safe way to nourish and strengthen your body and mind during pregnancy. Each is themed to focus on a different aspect of how your life and body are evolving while growing and nurturing your baby and are accompanied by recipes and mindset tools created with you in mind New Mumma to be.

This program will help support a healthy pregnancy and prepare you for childbirth by creating a connection with your body, your baby, and your breath. It will support your recovery postpartum along with your transition to Motherhood, as many of the tools and classes can also be used postnatally - especially the nutrient-rich recipes you can stock your freezer with to support your healing once you have your beautiful baby in your arms.

Mother, Yoga Teacher & Founder of the Yoga Collective

It's so lovely to virtually meet you! I wanted to quickly introduce myself and give some context around what brings me here with you today…  Before becoming a mother I worked for global brands in the health and wellness industry, then after I had our first baby I created my own business in this space (The Yoga Collective) which supports women through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.

In short, I am a mother of two specialing in pre and postnatal yoga who has a passion for, and a wealth of knowledge in, all things health and wellness.

The power of yoga and wellness was life-changing during both my pregnancies, births, and postpartum periods. It has continued to support me during my 4 years of motherhood, so it is my passion now to share all the tools that have helped me so I can support you in the biggest transformation a woman will ever experience, becoming a mother!
