Our pregnancy yoga workshops are the perfect opportunity to connect with your body, your baby and other mothers to be. The classes are tailored to pregnancy, therefore, are a safe way to nourish and take care of your body during pregnancy. They also help prepare you for childbirth by strengthening your body and mind and creating a connection with the breath as a tool for childbirth and overall well being.

The workshops take place in a welcoming comfortable home studio. Numbers are limited to 8 students so the workshops are intimate, meaning there will be plenty of one on one support to ensure correct alignment for pregnancy.

After each class, organic tea, coffee, and nourishing snacks will be available so you can take some out to connect with the other mothers to be. Your teacher, Katie, who is pregnant with her second child, will also be available during this time to answer any questions you may have.

The classes run each week at the same time for 6 consecutive weeks.
