Each workshop runs for 6 weeks, every week the class will have a different focus relevant to each workshop.
A minimum of 4 members and a max of 8 will be in each workshop, making them intimate with plenty of time for one on one
support to ensure correct alignment and variations for the individuals attending.
There will be time after each class for organic tea, coffee and energising snacks to connect with the other mothers and your teacher.
Our postnatal yoga workshops are the perfect opportunity to restore and revitalise your body after childbirth. They are also a wonderful way to connect with other mothers with babies around the same age. It is so important, especially in the early stages of motherhood, to create connections with others on a similar journey.
The classes are tailored to postnatal, therefore, are a safe way to restore your body after pregnancy and childbirth. Poses will also focus on relieving aches and pains associated with the early days of mothering, along with re-energising your body after any sleepless nights.
The workshops take place in a welcoming comfortable home studio. Numbers are limited to 8 students so the workshops are intimate, meaning there will be plenty of one on one support to ensure correct alignment.
After each class, organic tea, coffee, and nourishing snacks will be available so you can take some out to connect with the other mothers to be. Your teacher, Katie, who is pregnant with her second child, will also be available during this time to answer any questions you may have.
Babies are welcome to attend, toys will be provided for their entertainment and the studio is child proof.

Our active birth yoga workshops are the perfect opportunity to connect with your body, baby and other mothers to be. The classes will cover poses for the different stages of labor and birth, yogic tools for labor and poses to assist with an active birth. These classes will also help cultivate the strength and stamina required for childbirth.
The workshops take place in a welcoming comfortable home studio. Numbers are limited to 8 students so the workshops are intimate, meaning there will be plenty of one on one support to ensure correct alignment.

They also help prepare you for childbirth by strengthening your body and mind and creating a connection with the breath as a tool for childbirth and overall well being.
